Pieces is an impact investment platform backed by Venturice, a young and dynamic venture studio that tackles the social, ecological, and economic challenges of our time.

Our goal is to make real estate investments accessible starting from as little as €250, while simultaneously making a positive impact on society and the environment.

Many people would like to invest in real estate projects; especially in areas such as affordable housing, sustainable buildings, or community spaces; but feel excluded due to high entry barriers or a lack of transparency.

That’s why we’re developing a digital platform that enables easy, transparent, and impactful investing - even with small amounts. Whether it’s energy-efficient housing, co-living concepts, or inclusive urban spaces, we believe in a new way of investing: open to everyone and with a clear focus on positive social change.
