  • Pick an investment that matches your goals and values—we list only impactful projects. Click “Invest now” to select your preferred interest rate and proceed to checkout. (See the next step to learn how interest rates work.)

  • Invest from just €250.
    Get your share of a project with two investment options:

    • (a) Fixed interest: You provide a loan with a set interest rate and term (usually 12–18 months). At maturity, you get your full amount plus interest.

    • (b) Interest + profit sharing: Earn a guaranteed base interest plus a share of the project’s profits—so if it overperforms, you benefit even more.

  • After investing, you own a real share of the property. Your funds help develop impactful projects like nursing homes, affordable housing, and co-living spaces.

    Venturice’s expert team manages everything to ensure strong performance and lasting value. You’ll get regular updates in your Investment Dashboard.

    Your ROI options:

    • Fixed interest: Predictable, stable payouts.

    • Profit sharing: A base rate plus a share of profits for higher potential returns.

    All investments are backed by real estate; combining security, transparency, and meaningful social impact.

  • Trade your Pieces with other users on the platform. After the maturity date of the loan, you can also sell your Pieces to other users. This feature is not available, yet, but will be available in March 2026.

We work closely together with PhilosCare, a full-service outpatient intensive care, providing long-term care for people in need of ventilation and intensive care.

With your investment we can expand our intensive care facilities and provide our services to even more patients in Germany.
